Marketing ops & RevOps agencies, reviewed and ranked

CRM architecture, data plumbing and revenue reporting. The least visible category here and the one most other marketing depends on.

13 evaluated.

This is the category everything else depends on

Attribution arguments, unreliable dashboards and pipeline numbers nobody trusts are usually operations problems wearing a marketing costume. If your reporting is contested, fixing it here is a precondition for evaluating any other agency honestly — including the ones already working for you.

Architecture first, automation second

The strongest work maps lifecycle stages, objects, routing, scoring, SLAs and the sales handoff to how the business actually operates. Automation layered onto a model that does not match reality produces fast, confident, wrong answers — and is considerably harder to unpick later than it was to build.

Ask whether definitions are documented and reconciled

Trustworthy revenue reporting depends on written definitions and reconciled data, not on the dashboard being pretty. The question that finds this out: when finance and marketing disagree on a number, what do you do? A good answer is a process. A bad answer is a shrug.

How this page is built: every vendor here is scored against the published marketing_ops_revops rubric — the one written for what this category actually sells, not a general agency rubric. Several of these records were first filed elsewhere and scored against a rubric they were not competing in; where that happened, the record carries a rescored_from field showing the previous verdict and score, so the change is auditable rather than silent.
