Insense review
Lifetime digital usage rights, published cycle time (applications in 1-3 business days, content in 7-10), and the most complete published price stack in the category — $400-800/mo by term, 7-20% marketplace fee, creator video from $100 — with Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads as named use cases. Rights are digital-only and the whitelisting term is unstated.
Pricing: several published tiers Published by the agency
Published pricing: Trial $650/mo (up to 10 creators, 1 campaign, 20% marketplace fee); Brand $500/mo, $1,500 quarterly or $400/mo annual (unlimited creators and campaigns, 2 seats, 10 Meta connections, 10% fee); Agency $800/mo, $2,400 quarterly or $640/mo annual (4 seats, 5 brands, unlimited Meta connections, 7% fee). Creator payments are not covered and must be budgeted separately. source ↗
Verdict
Insense is the best-balanced option here for a performance team that wants to run creator content as ads and does not want to negotiate anything. The rights position is strong and stated in the buyer's language: full digital rights on approval, described as 'perpetual digital rights to copy, display, share, upload, distribute, store, modify, create derivative works from, and use the content across all digital marketing channels', and separately as 'lifetime digital content usage rights' where UGC creation is combined with Meta Partnership Ads. The word doing the work is digital — print and out-of-home are not covered by that formulation, and unlike Influee, Insense does not spell out the exclusion. Amplification is a first-class part of the product rather than an add-on: Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads are named use cases, and the plan tiers meter Meta ad-account connections (1, 10, unlimited), which is the mechanism whitelisting runs on. What is not published is how long that ad-code or account access lasts, and on a whitelisted winner that is the number that matters. Everything commercial is published and legible: $650 for a one-month trial, then Brand at $500/month or $400 on an annual term, Agency at $800 or $640, with the marketplace fee stepping 20% / 10% / 7% and creator payments explicitly excluded and starting around $100 per UGC video. Cycle time is published too — applications in 1-3 business days, content in as few as 7-10 — with up to three revisions before acceptance. Two caveats. There is no described feedback loop: the Meta connection lets you run the ads, not have Insense read them. And the review picture splits sharply by audience — 4.5 across 374 reviews on G2, where the reviewers are brand buyers, against 3.6 across 188 on Trustpilot with 25% one-star, where the reviewers are overwhelmingly creators complaining about brands. Read the G2 number for the buying experience and the Trustpilot number as a signal about supply-side health, which is not nothing when your content depends on those creators showing up.

Each claim below was checked against a named source, last on 2026-08-11. Follow any of them and check for yourself — that is the point of publishing them.
- Published pricing: Trial $650/mo (up to 10 creators, 1 campaign, 20% marketplace fee); Brand $500/mo, $1,500 quarterly or $400/mo annual (unlimited creators and campaigns, 2 seats, 10 Meta connections, 10% fee); Agency $800/mo, $2,400 quarterly or $640/mo annual (4 seats, 5 brands, unlimited Meta connections, 7% fee). - UGC campaigns start at $100 per video and influencer posts at $125 for nano-influencers; creator applications arrive 1-3 business days after launching, content in as few as 7-10 business days, with up to three revisions before accepting. insense.pro ↗
- Brands receive 'full digital rights once the content is approved' — 'perpetual digital rights to copy, display, share, upload, distribute, store, modify, create derivative works from, and use the content across all digital marketing channels'. insense.pro ↗
- Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads are published use cases; combining UGC creation with Meta Partnership Ads is stated to 'receive lifetime digital content usage rights'. No duration is stated for ad-code or ad-account access itself. insense.pro ↗
- G2 rates Insense 4.5 across 374 reviews; Trustpilot rates insense.pro 3.6 across 188 reviews with 25% one-star, and the reviews shaping that score are predominantly written by creators rather than by brand buyers. trustpilot.com ↗
What other platforms say
A 0.9-point split explained by audience rather than by inconsistency: G2's reviewers are brand buyers and rate it well on a large base; Trustpilot's are predominantly creators, with 25% one-star and complaints aimed at brands' behaviour on the platform rather than at Insense's product.
These are other platforms' numbers, not ours. We report them because they are part of the picture, and we do not average them into our score — our score comes from the published rubric above.
Red flags
- Usage rights are digital-only with no stated position on print or OOH
- Whitelisting term unpublished on a platform whose main draw is whitelisting
- 25% one-star share on Trustpilot, driven by the creator side of the marketplace
- No performance feedback loop despite ad-account connections
How it scored
Usage rights, term and paid amplification
'Full digital rights once the content is approved' — perpetual digital rights across all digital marketing channels, described elsewhere as 'lifetime digital content usage rights'. Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads are named use cases with Meta ad-account connections metered per plan. Held below Excellent because the licence is digital-only with no stated print/OOH position, and the duration of whitelisting access is not published.
Creator sourcing and vetting depth
A creator marketplace where briefs attract applications within 1-3 business days and the brand selects. Trial tier caps at 10 creators, paid tiers are unlimited. No vetting criteria or rejection standard published.
Brief-to-delivery cycle time
Published and specific: creator applications 1-3 business days after launching a campaign, content in as few as 7-10 business days, with up to three revisions before accepting.
Volume and throughput per month
Unlimited creators and unlimited campaigns on both paid tiers, with creator payments budgeted separately — so throughput is genuinely budget-bound rather than queue-bound. Seats (2/4) and brands (1/5) are the only stated caps. No committed monthly asset figure.
Performance feedback loop
Meta ad-account connections make the platform adjacent to performance data, and creator ads are the stated purpose, but no measurement cadence, reporting or iteration process is described. The buyer runs and reads the ads.
Disclosure and FTC compliance
No FTC or endorsement-disclosure process located on the pricing, use-case or product pages. Scored low with low confidence rather than penalised heavily.
Pricing and commercial transparency
Full published stack: Trial $650/mo, Brand $500/mo or $1,500 quarterly or $400/mo annual, Agency $800/mo or $2,400 quarterly or $640/mo annual; marketplace fee 20% / 10% / 7% by tier; creator payments explicitly excluded, with UGC campaigns starting at $100 per video and nano-influencer posts from $125. Both the subscription and the real cost of content are disclosed.
What we could not verify
- How long whitelisting / Partnership Ad access lasts
- Whether print or out-of-home use is permitted at all, or at what cost
- What vetting, if any, is applied before a creator can apply to a brief
- Whether the creator-side dissatisfaction on Trustpilot affects fill rates on briefs
