Umault review
A small, credible B2B roster — Dell, Matomo, PremiumBeat — presented behind headline performance numbers with no methodology, and with nothing published on price, process, format range, timeline or rights.
No published price we can link to. We do not estimate one — ask on the call, and see the pricing-transparency line in the scores below.
Verdict
Umault is a B2B video agency whose public evidence is almost entirely outcome claims. The named clients located are Dell Technologies, SCAYLE, Matomo, PremiumBeat and Mosaik — a small but genuinely B2B roster, and Dell in particular is not a name a marginal shop carries. That is the case for taking it seriously. The difficulty is what sits alongside those names. The homepage leads with "REVENUE INCREASE BY 700", "1M VIEWS IN A SINGLE WEEK" and "#1 TOP PERFORMING VIDEO" — figures with no baseline, no period, no attribution to a named client and no methodology. "Revenue increase by 700" does not even state a unit; it is impossible to tell whether that is a percentage, a multiple or a currency figure. A number that cannot be interpreted is not a weak claim, it is not a claim at all, and presenting three of them above the fold is a choice about what the agency wants scanned rather than read. None of them raised any score here, and none should raise a buyer's confidence either. Beyond that the public record is close to empty. No price, range or package. No described process, tooling or approval structure. No enumeration of what it actually produces — the site shows video without categorising live action, animation or motion graphics, so even production range had to be left unestablished. No timeline. Nothing on ownership of footage or project files. No independent review profile located. This lands at the bottom of the CONDITIONAL band, and it lands there on one dimension: the client names are real enough to keep it out of a cut. Everything a buyer would use to compare it against another agency has to be extracted in conversation, and the loudest things on the site are the least checkable. Worth a call if Dell-tier B2B work is the reference point; not worth a shortlist slot on published evidence alone.
What we verified

What other platforms say
No independent review base located first-hand. Public evidence is a short client list and three uninterpretable performance headlines.
These are other platforms' numbers, not ours. We report them because they are part of the picture, and we do not average them into our score — our score comes from the published rubric above.
Red flags
- "REVENUE INCREASE BY 700" states no unit. Percentage, multiple and currency are all readings the phrase permits, which means it carries no information at all.
- Three unattributed performance claims lead the homepage while price, process, format range, timeline and rights are all absent. The most prominent numbers on the site are the least checkable ones.
How it scored
Craft and portfolio evidence
Dell Technologies, SCAYLE, Matomo, PremiumBeat and Mosaik named. A small roster, but credibly B2B and Dell is a meaningful reference. Self-published and not independently confirmed.
Scope and pricing transparency
No price, range, package or starting figure published. Nothing to compare against another quote before a call.
Process and project management
No process description, named tooling, approval gates or revision structure located on the pages read.
Format and production range
The site shows video work without categorising it. Live action, animation and motion-graphics capability could not be established separately, so a buyer cannot tell whether a given treatment is in scope.
Rights, ownership and licensing
Nothing located on ownership of footage or project files, or on licence duration.
Turnaround and scheduling
No timeline, delivery window or booking lead time stated on the pages read.
References and review base
No Clutch or G2 profile, review count or third-party rating located from the pages read.
What we could not verify
- Any price, range or starting figure
- What it actually produces — live action, animation, motion graphics are not distinguished anywhere
- How a project runs, and over what timeline
- Who owns footage and project files
- What the headline performance figures refer to, over what period, for which client
- Whether an independent review profile exists
