Designity review

STRONG FIT

The only subscription evaluated that publishes the number this category exists to obscure — 2 or 3 active projects at once, by tier — alongside per-tier turnaround, a named QA owner, full copyright transfer and a defined paid pause. Also the most expensive, at $5,995 to $8,995 a month.

Verdict

This rubric exists because "unlimited requests" describes what you may submit, not what you get back, and almost every vendor in this category leaves the actual constraint unstated. Designity states it. Plus is "2 active creatives/projects simultaneously" with 24-hour turnaround on minor requests; Premium is "3 active creatives/projects simultaneously" with 12-hour turnaround. That single disclosure is worth more to a buyer than any amount of portfolio, because it is the number that determines whether the subscription can actually absorb a campaign. Everything else compounds it. Brand consistency — the failure mode that cut Design Pickle from this library — is addressed three ways rather than one: a described intake ("we study each brand and create work tailored specifically for it"), a stored brand profile in the form of a brand-trained agent holding voice, style and guidelines, and a named human review step, since the designated Creative Director's role explicitly includes quality control. The rubric asks for a described intake plus a named review step; this is the only record in the category that has both. Scope is the broadest here — social and digital advertising, email, motion graphics and video, website design and coding, illustration, copy and content writing, logo and branding, presentation and publication. Commercial terms are equally complete: month-to-month with no long-term commitment, cancellation on seven days' notice, and an unusually specific pause — two weeks per quarter at $995 rather than the vague "pause anytime" everyone else offers. And rights are settled in public: "complete copyright ownership of all creative assets" with source files available through the dashboard. Two real caveats. The price is the highest in the category by a wide margin — $5,995/month entry against $549 at Design Shifu and $649 at Delesign — so this competes with hiring, not with the cheap end of the market, and the comparison a buyer should actually run is against a salaried designer plus contractors. And whether a revision consumes one of the 2-3 active slots is not stated, which is exactly the question that matters most on a slot-limited model. Ask it before signing.

What we verified

Each claim below was checked against a named source, last on 2026-08-18. Follow any of them and check for yourself — that is the point of publishing them.

What other platforms say

No independent review base located first-hand. The strength of this record is first-party disclosure, which is unusually complete, not third-party verification, which is absent.

These are other platforms' numbers, not ours. We report them because they are part of the picture, and we do not average them into our score — our score comes from the published rubric above.

Red flags

How it scored

Real throughput and concurrency

Excellent · verified

Active concurrency published per tier — 2 simultaneous projects on Plus, 3 on Premium — with 24-hour and 12-hour turnaround on minor requests respectively. The only record in this category to state the constraint the whole rubric is built around.

Designer continuity

Strong · verified

A designated Creative Director who specialises in the client's industry, plus a project manager and marketing strategist, persists across the engagement. Held below Excellent because the executing creatives are drawn from a pool; the leadership persists, the individual designer is not guaranteed to.

Scope breadth

Excellent · verified

Social and digital advertising, email, motion graphics and video, website design and coding, graphic design and illustration, copy and content writing, branding, and presentation. The broadest scope in this category, and copy plus coding are both genuinely unusual inclusions.

Brand consistency at volume

Excellent · verified

A described intake, a stored brand profile holding voice, style and guidelines, and a named human review step — the Creative Director owns quality control. The only record here with both an intake and a named reviewer, which is what this dimension asks for.

Revision and rejection policy

Adequate · verified

"Unlimited requests, revisions & storage" is published, but whether a revision consumes one of the 2-3 active slots is not stated. On a slot-limited model that is the consequential question and it is unanswered.

Pricing, pause and exit

Excellent · verified

Flat monthly pricing published at $5,995 and $8,995, month-to-month with no long-term commitment, cancellation on seven days' notice, and a specifically defined pause — two weeks per quarter at $995 — rather than an undefined "pause anytime".

Source-file ownership

Excellent · verified

"You receive complete copyright ownership of all creative assets" with "full access to source files via your dashboard". Explicit transfer of both rights and working files.
